Products are to be returned directly to our office in Tel Aviv.
In case a product was delivered to you damaged, flawed or defective – we will of course replace it ASAP.
Shipping in Israel:
- Free shipping for orders over ILS 500.
- Orders under ILS 500 will be charged ILS 15 shipping fee. Delivery by courier to your door, at a prearranged time.
- Delivery within 7 business days of receiving the order (usually arrives faster).
- Express, instant deliveries are possible via Gett.Delivery. Shipping fees will be as quoted on the Gett app.
Shipping abroad:
- Free shipping abroad (via registered mail) for orders over ILS 500.
- Orders under ILS 500 will be charged ILS 40 shipping fee.
- Lilly Kai is not responsible for customs andor other taxation as may apply in destination country.
